Format: Sign up for 3 new apps and thoroughly tear down their onboarding flows.

For each app, record:

1. How many steps before seeing value?
2. What information was requested? Was it all necessary?
3. Did you feel guided or lost?
4. Was there a "wow moment"?
5. First impression score from 1-10
