Format: Design a concise metrics dashboard for your product.

Design Constraint: You can only include 5-7 metrics — any more and no one will look at it.

Selection Framework:

• 1 North Star Metric
• 2 Growth metrics (new users, active users)
• 2 Health metrics (error rate, load speed)
• 1 Revenue metric (if you have paid features)

Sketch it out: Use paper or a simple tool to draw the dashboard layout, with the most important number displayed largest.
