AI Transparency Design

Format: Design how to explain AI decisions to users.

Scenario: Your AI recommendation system recommended a product to a user. The user wants to know why.

Transparency Levels:

Level 0 (Black box): "Recommended for you" ← Poor
Level 1 (Simple explanation): "Because you viewed similar products" ← OK
Level 2 (Detailed explanation): "Based on [Product A, B] you browsed,
  and similar users also liked this" ← Good
Level 3 (Full transparency): Show all recommendation factors and weights ← Excessive

Exercise: Choose the appropriate transparency level for your AI feature and design the "Why was this recommended?" UI.
