Format: Define your product using April Dunford's positioning framework.
Five Elements:
- Competitive Alternatives: If your product didn't exist, what would users use?
- Unique Attributes: What do you have that competitors don't?
- Value: What value do these attributes bring to users?
- Target Customers: Who cares most about this value?
- Market Category: Which market do you belong to?
Exercise: Fill in these 5 elements for your product. Then have AI play a confused user and challenge your positioning.
