Format: Define your product using April Dunford's positioning framework.

Five Elements:

  1. Competitive Alternatives: If your product didn't exist, what would users use?
  2. Unique Attributes: What do you have that competitors don't?
  3. Value: What value do these attributes bring to users?
  4. Target Customers: Who cares most about this value?
  5. Market Category: Which market do you belong to?

Exercise: Fill in these 5 elements for your product. Then have AI play a confused user and challenge your positioning.
